By filling in the information below you will start a process of registering a listing with ECAR that a Seller has requested not be entered into the MLS.
When you have completed the form you will be emailed a link to a letter that you will need to print and have your Seller sign. Then you should scan that letter along with your listing agreement into one file. There will be a link in the email for you to use and upload the file.
Please note: The new Clear Cooperation MLS Rule will require that the listing be entered into the MLS if you do any type of marketing for the property outside of your own office.
